I spoke with Justin from Executive Property Consultants (my chosen builder) and asked why he had not responded to any of the reports or recent communications from Allianz. Justin then let me know that he hadn’t received any reports or recent communications from Allianz. He wrote the attached letter to explain his position and why he could not, in good faith complete an accurate quotation on the works.
